We booked our stay online and found the site easy to navigate. We arrived within the ETA we had notified the site of and was met by a very helpful and pleasant member of staff, who gave us an information pack of the site and explained where our pitch was located and, answered our questions about facilities. The pitch was as described, flat with EHU, water, drainage and gravelled. There is no shop and reception is open up until 17.30. Late arrivals are catered for (there is a notice on the reception door). The wash facilities are adequate, with three of each in Female and Male blocks i.e. toilets and showers, which seem too few for a site so big. The shower was powerful and a good temperature, sadly you have to re-push the button roughly every 15 seconds. This site is well off the main road and in a quiet location with plenty of trees. However, in the centre of the site is a private house and they have a dog that barks randomly for long periods and at all times (6.30am!). We were pitched on T3 next to the barking dog. Also, facilities, i.e washroom, elsan, recycling area are a short distance from our pitch. We would recommend this site for those who wish to explore the surrounding area.

What can I say?! This beautiful site is superbly located around ten minutes walk from lovely Settle, N Yorkshire. The views from every pitch are spectacular; rolling hills and dramatic limestone cliffs. The site has excellent shower and loo facilities, is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and is looked after by friendly and efficient staff, who are exceptionally helpful. We will most definitely return (again!).

Chris on reception and Ian, the site Manager, made this stay better than ever. Both helpful and accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. Well done Langcliffe on having such lovely people working on your site. Highly recommended for walking and cycling and just a short walk into Settle itself.

Not sure about rooms but the accommodation and site are spot on. Great place if you like walking, the Yorkshire 3 peaks are not far from here, and settle is a 15 minute walk with some great places to eat and drink after your walk. The dogs field is big enough for plenty of dogs to run around. The shower blocks are clean and showers are hot and spacious. We liked it so much when we brought our touring caravan on here we bought a static caravan so this is our second home now. Everyone we meet on here are very friendly.
