Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is a single open-plan space that combines sleeping, living and cooking areas in one room. You get a kitchenette for preparing meals, a dressing area with storage, and a dining section that flows into the lounge where a log burner sits ready for winter evenings. One bedroom with a king-size bed sleeps four, and there's a bathroom to yourself. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; no smoking is permitted inside.

Outside, a raised decking area offers space for sitting and eating, with seating arranged to catch the view across grassland and woodland. The hot tub is on the terrace for soaking after a day outside. The cottage sits within Sevenoaks Vine Cricket Club grounds, a rural location with a pub within walking distance. A train or car gets you to London in under an hour, and Gatwick Airport is 35 minutes away.
