This is my favourite restaurant in London. Gf (coeliac friendly) and veggie and vegan but also has meat option - everyone is happy! Luxurious and interesting food that is also good for you! Also amazing wine and non alcoholic options

My friends found this place near our work in Old Street. The place is really nice. Good ambience, not noisy like many places these days, so you can actually talk. We were a group of 14, two of whom were vegetarian. The menu is great, fresh, different. The vegetarians in the group chose the place because it has a comprehensive vegetarian menu, but the rest of us omnivores were well served. I had the lamb saddle, it was divine, South American-style cooking with local ingredients. Their cocktails made the day. All organic too. What's not to like?

I've followed the chef for years and have always been a huge fan, so I was incredibly excited to visit the newly reopened Amelio Restaurant, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I love this concept: vibrant, fresh, sustainably minded food served in a beautiful, welcoming setting. The atmosphere is unique, stylish yet relaxed, and, unlike so many loud London restaurants, it's actually a place where you can enjoy a great conversation over dinner. The team made us feel so welcome and looked after us brilliantly throughout the evening. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I had the chicken with vegetables, and it was outstanding. The flavours were beautifully balanced, fresh, and full of character. Every dish reflected the chef's creativity and passion for quality ingredients. I'm also a big fan of their wine selection, which complements the menu perfectly. Amelio is a fantastic addition to London's dining scene. If you're looking for exceptional food, wonderful hospitality, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger, this is the place.

The place and service were great! Both Magda and Gloria were amazing and the food was tasty and filling. Would recommend.
