★☆☆☆☆ Very poor experience from start to finish. The room had an unpleasant smell when I arrived, and the furniture was old, worn out, and in poor condition. There were even burn marks on the bed, which was unacceptable.ALSO A BIG SPIDER IN THE ROOM I SAW THE WOMEN WORKING THERE DEYING OUT THE BLANKETS IN THE SUN The staff were rude, unhelpful, and spoke to guests in an aggressive manner. During my stay, people were shouting and screaming at me, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. There appeared to be little or no management presence, and concerns were not dealt with properly. I felt that customer service was not a priority and that the focus was mainly on taking money rather than providing a good experience for guests. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this place based on my experience. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER RUINED MY WHOLE DAY

Very Bad hotel and un Educated staff. They don't know even what is Hospitality. Very rude behavior by duty staff and Manager with the guests.i will never recommend this guest house to anyone

My first time here after paying £90 for the chalet for 1 night I was told at checking I needed to pay £20 key deposit and a £10 parking charge I wasn’t aware of and everywhere else in Slough was expensive or booked, The chalet was basic only 1 bedside cabinet one towel provided for 2 people which was stained no body wash in the shower dispenser and the bathroom wasn’t overly clean, They provide coffee and sugar no cups or spoons To make matters worse the night stay was awful people drinking and shouting sweating outside the front of the premises and a man deciding to do diy until gone midnight wasn’t told to stop as disturbing guests yet the hotel has a sign on the wall saying no tv or music after 10pm as will disturb other guests i wouldn’t recommend with children I felt uncomfortable staying the night with my partner
