About Holiday Inn Slough Windsor

Church Street in Slough puts Holiday Inn Slough Windsor within easy reach of Windsor and its castle, as well as Legoland Windsor Resort, while the hotel itself offers a straightforward, comfortable base across eight floors and 150 rooms. Family rooms and accessible rooms are available, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks in room, and some looking out over the city. Guests should note that while most rooms are well kept, a few visitors have found their room less well maintained than expected.

The restaurant and bar are a genuine highlight, with a breakfast spread that draws particular praise for its variety, alongside a snack bar and kids' meals for families. Other facilities include a gym, games room, garden with outdoor seating, and meeting rooms and business services for those travelling for work. Room service, luggage storage and an on-site lift add convenience, and pets are welcome.

Chargeable on-site parking is available, along with an electric vehicle charge point, and staff are consistently noted as friendly and helpful. Nearby, guests can find golf, watersports, pubs, restaurants and entertainment, making it a practical base for exploring Slough, Windsor and the surrounding area.

Stayed for one night as a family of 5 in adjoining rooms - 2 double beds in each room. The price for the rooms was absolutely fantastic. Hotel was clean, staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and very reasonably priced. The staff at the restaurant were so helpful, patient and amazing with the kids. The food was lovely and kids eat free saved us a lot of money compared to eating out. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, the hot buffet was fresh and continuously topped up. Really impressed with the hotel and will definitely be staying again!

Hotel in need of renovation. Reception staff very young and no customer service skills what so ever. I stay in so many holiday inns with work. This is the only one iv had problems with. The young Asian ladies on reception haven’t got a clue what they are doing and when I asked for a toilet roll they looked at me in complete disgust. They don’t want to provide a service with a smile attitude and need to re trained in good customer service. Being a dimond alite member and spending thousands on IHG hotels they think they would provide a basic need such as a toilet roll. All other IHG hotels I cannot fault. With great customer service and clean hotels. I suggest avoiding slough

Was last here 25 years ago and smelt like it had not be cleaned in at that time, however we will blame aircon. Restaurant meal was incredible, great staff, friendly and accommodating. May not stay here again but would definitely eat here again

Standard room was ok, carpet a bit dirty and worn. One shower room with a toilet. Comes with tea, and kettle but no fridge! To be fair it was kept to a good standard of cleanliness by the chamber maids. The food was good and children eat free if adults purchase food. Breakfast is a bit chaotic and the staff try their hardest to keep breakfast buffet stocked. Waiting staff were helpful and polite. Car park is quite spacious and has an underground section. You need to pay £7 per day but register your car with reception. Room view is of a community centre and park with Windsor Castle very faintly in the distance.
