We had visited Stratford upon Avon, and this icecream parlour had massive queue, so we decided to try out icecream Staff was very friendly to make us taste 2-3 flavours before we made our final choice. We took ferrero rocher & pistachio. In taste, I won’t say it’s outstanding as we always try out icecreams at varied places, since my son loves icecreams. I loved their waffle cone. Hooray’s is simply the loveliest ice cream parlour! We called in for lunch on a Thursday. The toasted sandwiches were delicious and freshly prepared; the best croque I have had outside France. There were two young assistants who were an absolute joy, friendly and eager to look after us. They could not do enough to make us comfortable. After finishing lunch, we were unable to resist the gelatos. Their selection is enormous and the ones we chose were wonderful. I love ice cream and previously rated the Stow-on-the-Wold parlour as the best I had ever tasted. Sorry Stow, you are now No.2. Hoorays gelatos were sublime. Very reasonably priced too. We had such a lovey time celebrating our friend’s son’s birthday. The room was beautifully decorated and service perfect. Not to mention the delicious ice-cream. Thank you so much for making it so special 🥰❤️

Absolutely delicious ice cream with a great ambience! Vegan options available as well. The customer service was excellent—when we inquired about whether certain flavors were gelatine-free, the staff took the time to check the ingredients and got back to us patiently and courteously. Highly recommend!
