A converted farm building on Church Lane, Solihull, with just seven rooms and free parking handy for NEC visits.

About Church Farm

Church Farm occupies a former farm building on Church Lane in Solihull, its rural character retained despite the countryside now giving way to easy links with Birmingham. With just seven rooms, it runs more like a considered bed and breakfast than a large hotel, and the setting brings a quiet, settled feel that guests notice as soon as they arrive.

Rooms are kept clean and comfortable, with proper attention paid to the beds, and family rooms are available for those travelling together. Breakfast is a strong point, with a good range of options to start the day, and free WiFi is provided throughout. The host is on hand to help with directions and practical advice, which makes settling in straightforward. Free on-site parking is included, a useful detail for anyone arriving by car.

The location suits visitors heading to events at the NEC, and there's plenty to do locally besides, with a golf course, fishing, pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. It's a straightforward, well-kept base for exploring the area or breaking a journey through the Midlands.

Lovely sight, cosy cute room! Camilla was very friendly breakfast was great. Warning, near the airfield but what would you expect in Birmingham? Still 5 stars. Can easily walk to the BP Pulse, ask for directions cos Google maps was trying to send me the long way over the railway bridge which isn't necessary. I have tried to fix the map.

Had a wonderful one night stay after an event at BP Pulse. My host, Camilla, was very welcoming and contacted me to smooth my arrival and to give me very helpful directions on how to walk to the NEC! My room was very clean, warm and comfortable and there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies. A good choice for breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. Lovely village location but conveniently close to the NEC. Would definitely recommend and return!

This place is absolutely lovely, tooked out the way but just around the corner from the airport. We booked using booking.com, we are staying for one night but wish we was staying longer, such a warm lovely room with everything you need. The owner greeted us and was friendly. She showed us into our room for the night. We had the room with a double bed and single bed, theres also a foldable bed if needed. Coffee and tea making facilities and are plentiful. The shower room is lovely and up to date. The Wife was in her element with the horses just opposite the rooms. Cant wait to stay here again when we next fly from Birmingham. Thank you Camilla

Genuinely one of the loveliest places I've stayed. The host, Camilla, is super accommodating and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were really clean and the bed was so comfortable. The vibes were so calm and I met the horses and a cat! Would highly recommend.
