Bluebell Lodge
Somerset
Bluebell Lodge works well for families or couples after a countryside break without the fuss of a full house. The two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with singles—and single bathroom occupy a ground-floor layout, with the kitchen, dining and living areas flowing into each other. There's a patio with picnic bench outside, and the resort's shared gardens include a play area and gazebo. On-site fishing is available for those with a rod licence, and a cot and highchair can be arranged if needed.
Everything needed for self-catering is here: a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, heating and hot water, bed linen and towels, plus wifi and a Freeview TV for downtime. Parking for one car is on site. The lodge sits on a resort in the Somerset countryside near Huntworth, within reach of the Levels and their quiet canals. No smoking is permitted inside.
