Meadow Sweet Lodge works well for couples or families of four who want a whole property to themselves. The bungalow is ground floor throughout, with an open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a patio, plus a separate kitchen fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; the essentials are covered.
One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other two singles. The wet room has a shower, toilet, grab rail and shower seat. You get parking on site and direct access to a garden with a gazebo; there's a children's play area shared with other properties at the resort. Fishing is available if you have a rod licence, and there's bike storage and an electric car charging point. The setting is within the Somerset countryside, though the location suits those wanting to explore the Levels on foot as much as those content to stay put.
