Butterfly Cottage

Butterfly Cottage is a three-bedroom home on the Lakeview Holiday Cottages estate in Somerset, near Huntworth and the Somerset Levels. The location suits families wanting to explore on foot—gentle canals run nearby—or those content to stay put; the grounds include shared gardens with a gazebo and children's play area. Sandy beaches are within driving distance for a day out.

The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: one kingsize with an ensuite bathroom and Juliet balcony doors, one double, and two singles. A second bathroom serves the rest of the property. Downstairs, the living room has a television and electric fire opening onto a patio with a picnic bench. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. On-site parking is available for one car, with additional spaces nearby. The property is set up for families—a cot and highchair can be arranged on request—and fishing is possible on the private lake if you have a rod licence. No smoking inside.
