Cornflower Cottage

Cornflower Cottage is a three-bedroom property on the Lakeview resort in Somerset. You arrive on the ground floor to a living room with a television, DVD player and electric fireplace opening onto a patio, and a kitchen-dining space with an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a kingsize with French doors to a Juliet balcony and its own ensuite bath and shower, a double, and a twin. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and shower.

The cottage accommodates six people. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and there's parking for one car on site. A patio with picnic bench and access to shared gardens with a gazebo and children's play area come with your stay. If you fish, there's a private lake on the resort (you'll need your own rod licence). The setting is rural—near the village of Huntworth in the Somerset Levels—but close enough to drive to beaches and the area's canals. No smoking indoors.
