Downstairs, the living room opens onto a patio through double doors, and the kitchen and dining area adjoin it. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating and electricity are covered too. Car parking on site means you can leave the car for days if you choose not to venture out.

What makes this place work for groups is the space: three proper bedrooms, a shared garden with gazebo and children's play area, and fishing on the lake if you have a rod licence. You'd bring your own bedding preferences to mind, but everything essential is here. Smoking isn't permitted in the property itself.
