Taunton and the Somerset Levels lie within reach of this two-bedroom cottage, which sits on a small holiday complex near Huntworth. Heron Cottage is yours entirely for the duration of your stay, with on-site parking and WiFi included as standard. The essentials—bed linen, towels, heating and electricity—are covered in the price.
Downstairs, a living room with a 32-inch TV and DVD player opens onto a patio, while the kitchen/dining area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Upstairs, one bedroom contains a kingsize bed with French doors to a Juliet balcony; the other has two single beds. A shower cubicle serves both. The property doesn't allow smoking.
The site shares communal gardens with a gazebo and children's play area, and there is fishing available on the lake (you will need a rod licence). Sainsbury's is nearby for supplies. A cot and highchair can be arranged separately. Check-in is after 14:00 and checkout before 10:00.
