The Clover Cottage

The Clover Cottage is a two-bedroom property within the Lakeview resort near Bridgwater, sleeping up to four people. It works well for families wanting a base close to the Somerset countryside, or couples and small groups after a quiet getaway. Ground floor has an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen equipped for self-catering, plus a patio. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and access to a Juliet balcony, the other with two single beds. The single bathroom has a bath and shower.

The resort itself has a private fishing lake (rod licence needed), communal gardens with a gazebo, and a children's play area. You get your own parking space, and there's a picnic bench on the patio. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, along with heating and electricity. The property is no smoking.

The Lamb Inn is nearby for evenings out. Somerset's canals and the Levels are within reach for walking, and sandy beaches are a reasonable drive away if you fancy a change of scenery.
