The Mendip Hills draw visitors for their limestone scenery and quiet walks, and Primrose sits on a 25-acre farm deep in this Somerset landscape. The barn is contemporary but built around the character of older structures—exposed beams, a wall-mounted gas fire, full-length glass doors opening onto a decked garden. Everything is on one level. The open-plan living and kitchen area has a smart TV and woodburner; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking with an induction hob, electric oven and dishwasher. One bedroom has a king bed with ensuite shower; the other has two singles. A separate bathroom serves both rooms. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all covered.
Outside, there is an enclosed gravelled garden with decking, patio furniture and a barbecue. The property sits within a small private farm complex with parking for multiple cars and room to roam—alpacas are sometimes visible in adjacent fields. One dog stays free. No smoking indoors. Shepton Mallet town centre is two miles away; Wells cathedral city is five miles. Bath is within ten minutes' drive, and the Royal Bath and West Showground is nearby. The farm track approach is tree-lined and secluded, though the barn itself feels rural rather than remote.
