The Old Mill

South Somerset's countryside surrounds Meare Court Holidays, where The Old Mill sits as one of three converted barns on a working farm. The property sleeps seven across three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—a king bed with ensuite shower, a double and single sharing an ensuite, and two singles with a bathtub. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, a kitchen/dining space with electric cooker, dishwasher and French doors to the garden, plus a utility room with washing machine. Parking is on site and Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are all included.

A private hot tub comes with the property, and you have access to an enclosed garden with patio furniture and a larger paddock with a picnic area. The farm itself has a shop and cider producer on site. Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury Tor and Cheddar Gorge are within reach for a day out, as are the Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum and Exmoor National Park. A shop, pub and restaurant are about a mile away. Note that there is a stream 30 yards from the property and a pond 300 yards away, and dogs are not permitted as this is a working farm. No smoking inside.
