Good location in Ayr between the beach and the High Street. On street parking bays. Very clean and spacious twin bedroom. Large fluffy white bath sheets (huge) Big lounge area with several sofas and two dining tables. Breakfast area looked well equipped - we were room only not B&B. Lovely owner who was very helpful and chatty.

The hotel is in a great location with just a very short walk to both the beach and High Street. The hotel lounge was large and very comfortable. The bedroom was a nice room, very clean with everything that you might need - I should have asked for a room with a King size bed but that's my fault not the hotel 🙂. The only thing that makes it 4* and not 5* is that some areas are in need of some decorating and tlc BUT this didn't detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay again😁

Amazingly friendly hotel. Spacious rooms, fantastic service. Linda the owner is a charm. The lounge is spacious and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast incredible. We loved it so much we are looking at booking again in the next few months. Please note there is no lift so not wheelchair accessible. Due to social distancing rules breakfast are at pre agreed times.... Worked for us.
