A utility room has a washer-dryer and extra fridge-freezer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; initial logs for the woodburner are provided too.

The property sits in Doynton, a village in South Gloucestershire with direct access to the M4 just five minutes away. Bath is eight miles south. The Cotswolds and places like Tetbury and Castle Combe lie within 25 minutes' drive. The grounds include a garden with furniture and a pizza oven, shared with another property on the farm; parking for three cars is private to the cottage. The layout – with most bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs – works well for larger groups or families where privacy matters, though one bedroom and its ensuite are reached by stairs. No smoking is permitted in the property. One pet is welcome at no extra cost.
