Bath lies eight miles away, its Georgian terraces and Roman remains drawing visitors year-round. Castle Combe and Tetbury are a half-hour's drive, both worth a morning or afternoon to wander their high streets and eat in traditional pubs. The Cotswolds unfold nearby for walking routes and stone villages, while the M4 is five minutes away if you need to reach Bristol or London. Lower Ledge Farm—Tull is one of four converted barns in the rural village of Doynton, positioned to reach all three areas without effort.

The property is built on a single floor, which matters if anyone in your group finds stairs difficult. Four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, are arranged around an open-plan living space that holds a kitchen with a range cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting room with Freeview TV. A utility room has a washer-dryer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. Outside, a small courtyard connects to shared grounds with a pizza oven and garden furniture. You can park three cars on site.

The cottage sleeps eight and accepts one pet at no extra cost. No smoking inside. Check-in is after 4pm, departure by 10am.
