The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: a kingsize and a twin of single beds. There is one shower room. Downstairs holds a sitting room with a wood-burning stove (logs provided), a dining room with a sofa bed for flexible sleeping, and a kitchen fitted with the essentials for cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors lead to an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included; parking for one car is on site. The cottage does not permit smoking.
