Ground level has an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and access to a terrace. Upstairs, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are distributed across the first and second floors, each bedroom with its own en-suite. The beds are zip-and-link super kings that can be separated into singles if needed, and each room has a smart TV. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the woodburner.

The property sits within Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, giving you free use of shared facilities: an indoor heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi section (open 8am to 8pm), sauna, steam room, gym and tennis court. There's a front garden with terrace and gas barbecue for your own use, and parking for one car. One well-behaved pet stays free. The lodge does not allow smoking.
