Toffee Apple

Toffee Apple is a contemporary stone-built house occupying a corner plot within the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club grounds. Three storeys and three bedrooms with three bathrooms mean space and privacy for six guests. The main living areas occupy the ground floor: a kitchen with good cooking equipment opens to a sitting room centred on a wood-burning stove, and French doors lead from there to a patio with garden furniture and views across the club. A conservatory provides additional space.

Bedrooms on the first and second floors each have an ensuite bathroom. One has a kingsize bed and a second bedroom contains two single beds; the top floor bedroom is also kingsize. All three bedrooms have a smart TV. The house sits within private grounds with an enclosed back garden, patio and barbecue; there are six steps in the garden and five to the entrance. On-site you can use a sauna, steam room, gym and a 12-metre heated indoor pool open from 08:00 to 20:00, all shared with club members. Parking for two cars is provided. The property does not allow smoking. One dog is welcome.

Dartmouth itself – a sailing town on the Dart estuary – lies nearby, and the house suits groups or families who want to combine golf, water sports or coastal exploration with a self-catering base. Electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are included.
