The Coach House is a detached bungalow near the Devonshire town of Modbury. The traditional stone building has an open plan living area which is bright and contemporary and three comfortable bedrooms, a double, a twin and a children's bunk room. From the living area, French doors open on to the patio and front lawn, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings - and glimpses of the pool are visible through the archway of the gatehouse. Note: The property will not accept bookings with children below the age of three

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Shared use of indoor pool, please note that the indoor pool is closed from November until mid March - booking system in operation and large heated outdoor pool - available end of May to early September. On-site facilities to include fitness room, games room, children's play area and a hard tennis court (bring your own racquets and balls). Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. Note: This property will sleep a total maximum of 6 people (4 adults and 2 children with children above the age of 3). Note: Shared washing machine and tumble dryer on site at additional cost
