The Lawns

South Devon's beaches and Dartmoor National Park lie within reach of the South Hams, where rolling countryside and wooded valleys dot the landscape between small villages. This two-bedroom apartment, recently refurbished, occupies a south-facing position at the front of the main building, with views across the grounds towards the lake.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine included—while the living area has a television and electric heating. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and the other two singles; a bathroom with bath, shower and separate walk-in cubicle serves both. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are provided. Ten steps lead from the parking area to the entrance, and there's a private patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The estate's shared facilities extend to a gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fishing lake, tennis court and games room. A lake sits 500 metres away within the grounds. The property is non-smoking and suitable for families with young children, for whom a highchair is available.
