Ash Cottage No. 2 comes ready for independent living. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, along with Wi-Fi throughout. The single open-plan floor holds a living and dining space with Freeview television and DVD player, a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob and microwave, one bedroom with a kingsize and a single bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Two cars can park on site, and there is a shared lawned paddock with seating areas.

The cottage sits in Six Ashes village, a rural spot in South Staffordshire near the Shropshire border. The Six Ashes Inn stands next door. Bridgnorth, 6 miles away, has a cliff railway linking its two halves, a street market, independent shops and numerous pubs. The Severn Valley Railway runs a scenic 16-mile route through the valley. Nearby attractions include Ironbridge Gorge, Dudmaston Hall, Attingham Park and several activity centres offering everything from archery to zip wires. A shop is 2 miles away. The cottage accommodates three people and welcomes one pet. Smoking is not permitted inside.
