I was blown away by Kevin and Fiona's hospitality! We traveled with an infant and not only did Kevin & Fiona help coordinate and set up the crib, they also took a genuine interest in the baby and our family. They cooked an incredible breakfast in the morning and were always available to help make our stay one of the best we have ever had. The rooms are a bit modest in size but are BEAUTIFUL, clean, and in excellent condition. If that wasn't enough, you could not have picked a better location for a stay in St. Andrews. We visited to play The Old Course and were perfectly situated between the course and the shops/restaurants. I could not have asked for a better stay. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a two night stay last month and it was lovely. Clean, well appointed space, centrally located, and lovely breakfast. The owners were very friendly. The rooms are a little tight by American standards but certainly big enough to do what you need, plus you likely won’t be in your room much. We had a senior with mobility issues on the ground floor which was perfect and another room in the first floor. We found street parking spot for our minivan and there was no cost. We left it in the same spot for two days. Worked out great. We’d definitely stay again.

Came for the golf, tremendously enjoyed the accomodations and the hospitality/breakfasts Kevin and his wife provided. Easy walking distance to the Old Course, the university, and the beach. Highly recommended.
