Just excellent. Evelyn was a joy and the service she provided was discreet and on point. Rate was fair and room has everything you'd need for a short to medium length stay. Can't recommend highly enough!

A very comfy guest house. My room was spacious, and the ensuite shower room was lovely. It's in a great location, just opposite the bus turning area, so just a short walk into the town centre. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. The Internet signal was 10/10!

What can I say , just had two nights here and it was fabulous . We were wedding photographers at the 5* hotel up the road and I can honestly say we received better than 5* treatment . The view was breathtaking , the room was spotless , dressing gowns , breakfast in bed !! Top quality B&B and worth every penny !

Couldn’t fault anything, our room was lovely clean and very comfortable,the view from our windows was just amazing day or night, st ives is just stunning, our breakfast was brought up to our rooms every morning ( couldn’t use dinning room due to covid)such amazing breakfast great choices & different every day. Would highly recommend this b&b 💯
