Had my son's 5th birthday party here today 14/06 - absolutely brilliant set up. Food (sandwiches, crisps, sausages, chicken nuggets, cupcakes etc.) went down well with the kids and the staff were so polite and helpful - they really made a difference. It was Eleanor and Maisie who looked after us - made everything run smoothly. Would recommend for sure 👍

Generally good, but a shame as some toys are broken and have not been repaired or replaced, and others are very worn. See photo below of a cosy coupe car missing its key and steering wheel. Please replace / fix things in future.

We visited the Play Shed on 27/06/26 for the 12:15 session during the heatwave. Despite the high temperatures, the venue was kept comfortable, and the staff worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was served quickly and efficiently. I have Non-Coeliac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS), so eating out can be difficult. Ebony made the experience exceptional. She carefully went through the menu with me, answered all my questions, clearly explained the risk of cross-contamination and why it could occur, and helped me make an informed decision. She couldn't have been more knowledgeable, patient, or helpful. I ordered the tuna mayo and cheese toasty, which comes with nachos and salad. The lady from the kitchen (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!) brought my food over and let me know she had checked the ingredients on the nachos for me. I had no reaction to the meal, which shows my dietary needs were taken seriously and handled with great care. The only issue we noticed was that a few children over the age limit entered the under-3s area during a birthday party. This seemed to be down to parents not enforcing the rules rather than the staff. My friend asked the children to leave the area, and I spoke with the parent as they had taken a photo/video and went to show other parents instead of being responsible for the children. Once it was mentioned, there were no further issues. I do wonder if adding a ball pit to the older children's area in the future might help reduce this as that seemed to be the attraction. Overall, the staff were fantastic, the venue was clean, and the food was great. A special thank you to Ebony and the other lady for going above and beyond. They made what could have been a stressful experience completely worry-free. We'll definitely be back. You have a new customer! 😊

My kids have been a few times with their grandparents and it's an absolutely brilliant and fun place to go, lots of activities and a nice cafe and seating area for parents to relax and supervise.
