Witches Craig Caravan and Camping Park
Blairlogie, Stirling FK9 5PX, UK
Family-run park at the foot of the Ochil Hills, three miles from Stirling Castle
About Witches Craig Caravan and Camping Park
Witches Craig sits tucked directly beneath the steep green slopes of the Ochil Hills, with level, well-maintained pitches looking south across the Carse of Stirling towards the castle rock. The setting is genuinely impressive: mature hedging and wide grass verges create a real sense of space, and walkers can follow routes straight from the gate into the hills behind. The park welcomes tents, tourers and motorhomes on a mix of grass and hardstanding, with a good number of fully serviced pitches available.
Facilities include modern shower and toilet blocks, a small on-site shop for essentials, laundry room and free wifi, and the site has built a strong reputation for tidy grounds and a welcoming family atmosphere. Stirling itself is only three miles away, making this one of the closest proper campsites to the castle and Old Town, while the Wallace Monument, Bridge of Allan and the wider Trossachs are all within easy reach by car. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

What a beautiful campsite. We stayed here for a good week. To start with, this campsite has a very good location. If you enjoy a good walk, you can hike to Walles Monument, take the bus to the city centre for a guided walk, or visit Striling Castle, but there is much more to discover. With the train running every half hour, you can be in amazing, historic, and magical Edinburgh in less than an hour. The park itself is equipped with all amenities. Very beautiful pitches, with a great view of the Ochil Hills. Clean and modern showers, a laundry room, and a dishwashing area. Everything is very neat and very well maintained. Only positive experiences regarding this campsite, but the very best thing about it is definitely the owners! What incredibly lovely people. You feel welcome immediately, and they will do everything they can to ensure you enjoy beautiful Scotland. We will definitely be back next year!

This campground won us over in every way and was one of the absolute best spots on our 5-week trip through Scotland. Everything here is just right! An extremely friendly and dedicated owner who clearly works hard every day to maintain the campground’s high standards and pitches in herself; exceptionally beautiful restroom facilities that are in excellent condition and perfectly clean; top-notch facilities for campers with every conceivable amenity, and finally, a great location above Stirling and not far from the Wallace Monument, which you can reach from the campground by bike or on foot.\\nWe’ll definitely be back and can recommend this place 100 percent!

This is our 3rd visit to Witches craig and cant fault anything. Its so quiet and peaceful. Its very well maintained and so clean and tidy. We take 4 dogs everytime we go and they love it there just as much as us. Despite alot of dogs on the park inc ours there is no dog mess anywhere at all. The woods at the bottom is perfect for the dogs to take a walk. However we where up the top this time so didnt take them there much as it was boiling and to far for 4 pugs to walk so took them out the site amd along the rd for convenience but that did not in anyway spoil ours or our dogs time there. We will be back nxt yr for sure and will continue going back yr after yr xxxx
