The ground floor centres on a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, where the woodburner serves both atmosphere and warmth. Glass doors open to gardens with a summerhouse and seating areas. There's a separate games room with a bar, arcade machine and television. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are on hand for younger children. Essentials like electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included; the initial fuel for the woodburner comes with the booking.

Outside, a private hot tub seats seven. There's parking for five cars and an electric charging point. No smoking is permitted in the house. The property works well for large family gatherings or groups of friends seeking a secluded base within easy reach of the area's outdoor activities.
