We were residents within this park for 2 years and everyone was friendly. Great atmosphere and the landlord was very friendly and professional. Loved my time within the site. And still go back regularly To visit the horses.

Caravan was cold, damp and mouldy, couldn't keep any heat in it, carpet was all badly fitted and coming up with big holes in it! Stayed for one night and took all my stuff and moved into an apartment. Honestly wouldn't let a dog sleep in it!

Stay well clear if you have any other option for housing! cold, damp and very expensive to heat (landlord skins you alive for electric cards and gas and you have to use a lot in the winter since these tin cans don't hold any heat). Expensive to rent, ours was £120/ week (!). Laundry facilities have to be paid extra and they had two caravans on fire during the time, we stayed there (one occupant was lucky, he was at work when his gas therm went up in flames, the other weren't that lucky, they burned alive). Our Therm was inspected (according to the sticker on it) in 2009 the last time...we stayed there from 2/17 to 2/18...
