Crianlarich Retreats - Ghillie’s Cottage

Ghillie's Cottage is a traditional harled building on the banks of the River Lochay, a few minutes' walk from Killin village. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping four across two bedrooms—a king in the main room and two singles in the second—each with its own bathroom. The ground floor opens from living space into a fully equipped kitchen, with double doors leading out to a private deck where the hot tub overlooks the river. A wood-burning stove heats the cottage alongside underfloor heating throughout, and the essentials (linen, towels, wifi and electricity) are covered.

The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Both bedrooms have Freeview TV. Back from the main deck, a separate sitting area and terrace give more outdoor space. The cottage takes one dog and has parking for two cars. Killin itself sits where the River Dochart drops through dramatic rocky channels at the Falls of Dochart, and the village holds cafés, pubs and local shops. The Trossachs and Loch Tay are within reach for day trips.
