Yew Tree is a timber-built cottage on the banks of the River Lochay, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is on the ground floor, with the living space built around a vaulted ceiling and glass gable end that frames the water and surrounding landscape. Underfloor heating runs through the property, and there's a fully fitted kitchen for self-catering, plus a private hot tub positioned to face the river.
One bedroom has a king bed with its own ensuite; the other has two singles with a walk-in shower nearby. The main living area combines a kitchen, dining space and sitting room in an open plan. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. A welcome pack is left for guests, and the cottage sits in its own grounds with a patio and parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet stays free.
The location is on the edge of Killin, within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, with the village's shops, cafés and pubs within reach. No smoking inside the property.

We had a fabulous half term holiday here. The breakfasts were second to none and kept the adults going till late afternoon! Great base for exploring the local area with so many beautiful local walks to go on.

Beautiful B&B in a beautiful location. Ours hosts were more than accommodating, and we had some lovely conversation with them as well. The dining area was incredible, and breakfast was great! My wife and I stayed here on our way up to the Isle of Skye. I Highly recommend a stay here. Wish we had more time to explore the trails and the Trossachs as a whole.

Wonderful bed and breakfast stayed only one night but what a night. Bed was incredibly comfortable and host are so friendly. If you want a place that has it all go to Creagan house you won't be disappointed. Thanks for the wonderful stay! FYI Creagan house is older than America tons of history!

We stayed four nights and 100% loved our stay, Kerry and Andy were exceptionally excellent hosts, nothing was ever to much trouble. Our room and ensuite bathroom was immaculate, lovely view from our room. Plenty of off road parking. They have a great range of spirits to drink at great prices. Our breakfast was delicious every day, with a great choice of menus. Great walks all around. Fishing aswell. Central to many great places of interest. We can highly recommend this to anyone.
