Duran Holiday Cottages - Casa Duran

Casa Duran is a semi-detached cottage sleeping four, situated on the edge of Killin in Stirling. Everything needed for a self-catering break comes as standard: wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor holds an open-plan living space with a 43-inch smart TV and access to a patio; upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite, one with two singles—plus a second full bathroom.

The kitchen is genuinely ready to cook in, or there is a pub within a mile if you'd rather eat out. A pub is a short walk away. The cottage comes with parking for two cars on site and a bike store, useful given the riverside walks that start from the door and the Falls of Dochart nearby. Woodland grounds are shared with other properties on the site. Children under 10 are not suitable for this property; the grounds include sloping banks. Killin itself has restaurants, cafés, shops and bars, plus it hosts a music festival, Highland games and a Hogmanay fireworks display throughout the year.
