I joined The Peak in Stirling just one week ago and I’ve already been to the gym more in this past week than I have in the last year — purely because of how much I’ve loved it. The refurbished gym is incredible. The equipment is excellent, there’s plenty of it, and there are always staff members and PTs around if you’re unsure how to use anything, which makes a huge difference. I’ve also attended a handful of the classes and they’ve been brilliant — really well run and motivating. Most importantly, what I love about The Peak is how inclusive it feels. It’s such a welcoming and positive environment to train in. Whether you’re completely new to training or more advanced, it genuinely feels like a great place to be.

Great range of facilities to use. Although they do have a large carpark it can be extremely hard to get parking. They have squash, badminton, gym that has recently been renovated with lots of weight machines, a large range of classes from spin to yoga. Swimming area with great baby area, sauna and steam room. Great disabled access and plenty parking spaces. Cafe area that serves fresh hot and cold food options aswell as sweet treats, tea and coffee.

Recently renovated with new studios and a bigger gym added. So many classes to choose from which I’m enjoying trying out. Instructors are very helpful, giving lots of advice on correct technique to avoid injury.

The peak is usually good but the last time I went I went to the pool and I went to see my brother (in the baby pool) because he is little and I wanted to see him as I was in the deep pool and I hadn't seen him. I sat down next to my dad and as soon as I did I saw a big brown poo floating right next to me. I jumped up and ran away to the slide and suprise surprise there was baby's vomit that I stepped in. I slipped over and went down the slide too escape. It stayed on my foot for ages.Overall, I think the peak should do a lot better at higene mesures. Waste of money. Don't get your hopes up brochiaddos.
