What visitors say
Great service from the lovely lady who let us know that there were wheelchair seats upstairs (she had lovely long dark curly hair, feel terrible I didn't get her name). It meant we didn't have to sit a few feet from the screen. She showed us up to said seats and offered to help carry the popcorn and drinks. Made our day much easier and the film more enjoyable. Will be back soon!

I Don’t often write reviews, however, the staff in this Vue were exceptional. Me and partner came in the other day for a date, we did not know what movie to watch but one of your staff Mel was really helpful and recommended “The drama” which was really good. She also helped us choose the best seats for the screen which really made the experience 10/10 and the reason for this review. Want to say a big thank you for all the staff

Always enjoy this place however went in during the week to see supermario movie, decided to go and order some popcorn before the movie and joined a cue however the girl I was cued behind got served and got told to rejoin the cue putting me 4 spaces behind my original cue position with my movie starting within 5 mins, fortunately a couple allowed myself and family to rejoin infront of them to be served but was rather frustrated due to the incompetence and lack of customer service. Non the less the movie was good and as per usual popcorn 🍿 tasty. [Expensive] but to be expected. Please ensure staff are a little more aware of customers waiting for longer periods and ensure they are seen to first before other customers rejoin the cue infront. Thanks

Reasonable priced unless have sky cinema and can use your 2 free tickets you get per month (Sun to Thurs) snack box for kuds is a good deal thats gets them popcorn a snack and a drink. Quite quiet but think thats norm for most cinemas nowadays. Free parking off peak (after 6)
