I stayed here for 2 nights this week with work. Lovely spacious room with easy access as I walk with a stick. Huge comfortable bed. Great walk-in shower with non slip flooring...amazing how many aren't non slip. Very clean. Tea and coffee facilities but could do with more tbags. Quiet surroundings and plenty of parking. My only reason for 4 stars not 5, was that there were no opening windows. I understand the need for security and they did provide a room fan which was great but you can't beat fresh air especially in the summer. I didn't try the breakfast but it did smell delicious. I will absolutely be back the next time I need to be up that way. Very glad I've found this wonderful B&B

Excellent place to stay! Clean and comfortable rooms, great location, and plenty of parking. We really appreciated the EV charging available for guests. Friendly hosts and a lovely stay overall. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed for one night after a day out in Middlesborough….set in a quiet residential estate which is in walking distance of the pretty Yarm which has quaint shops, restaurants & pubs!! Rooms were lovely…with the most spacious comfiest beds ever ! Friendly & accommodating staff…let us check in early and even dropped us to the train station…very kind ! Would recommend !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at Abbeyfield Lodge B&B! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the place is spotless clean, tidy, and comfortable. It has a lovely family atmosphere, and the breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The location is great and very quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!
