Hidden Cottage

Hidden Cottage is a Grade II listed building that sits quietly beside Yarm's viaduct, close enough to reach the High Street on foot but far enough to feel removed from the bustle. The three-storey layout works well for groups: ground floor has the open-plan living and kitchen; first floor holds two bedrooms with a shared bathroom; top floor has a double bedroom with its own ensuite and a television.

The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer among the appliances. Downstairs, a wood burner warms the living space where two sofas and an armchair face a smart TV. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; the initial fuel for the wood burner is included. There is decking with garden furniture outside, and parking is available on-road or in a nearby public car park. Please note the cottage is non-smoking.

From here you can walk to riverside paths, pubs within a mile, and Yarm's restaurants and shops. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged if needed. Check-in is after 16:00, checkout before 10:00.
