About Travelodge Stratford Upon Avon
Stratford-upon-Avon draws visitors for its Shakespeare connections and theatres, and Travelodge Stratford Upon Avon offers a straightforward base at 251 Birmingham Road on the edge of town. The hotel has 91 rooms spread across four floors, each with an en-suite bathroom, and accessible rooms are available for those who need them. A lift serves all floors, and reception operates around the clock.
Rooms are simple and functional, with drinks available to buy for the room, and the on-site restaurant and bar cover meals without needing to head out, though a pizza eatery is also nearby for an alternative. Free on-site parking is provided, though spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early arrival helps. An electric vehicle charge point is also on hand, and pets are welcome for those travelling with animals.
The hotel sits within reach of Stratford's theatres and Shakespeare attractions, with a pub or bar and other entertainment nearby for evenings out. It suits travellers after a no-frills, practical stay rather than a destination in itself, with prices ranging from budget to mid-range depending on dates.
