Coastal Fields

Coastal Fields is a modern house in Seaburn, a few minutes' walk from the beach. It sleeps five across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged over two floors with everything you need for independent holidays. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking; the living and dining areas give you space to gather; wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. One bedroom has its own en-suite; the others share a family bathroom. There's a ground-floor toilet for convenience, and a desk in the single bedroom if you need to work.

Outside, a private driveway takes the hassle out of parking, and an enclosed garden offers a sheltered spot for sitting out. Dogs stay free and are genuinely welcome. Seaburn's sandy beach and coastal path are within easy walking distance, while Sunderland city centre is close enough for shopping and eating out. The pub is within a mile. No smoking indoors; check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
