Very nice guesthouse. Perfectly situated overlooking Roker beach. Free Parking outside. Spacious room, wonderful view. All good. Will definitely be back again.

Great place for friends and family staying that are in the area room was nice and clean. Bathroom was down the corridor but not an issue… There was no breakfast provided during my families stay despite booking bed and breakfast however the location is amazing and lots of places to eat and drink

Booked it as a bed and breakfast, no breakfast!, the decorations are beginning to look tired, the bed was uncomfortable, the cafe was about 5 minutes walk down the road, very busy but the breakfasts are worth the walk, went out in the morning, 3 toilet rolls, by my return small part of roll left, 3 room shared bathroom, and we had booked 2 of those rooms??? On the plus side, the cleaning lady who met us was very helpful, she kept the rooms clean every day, and even borrowed us some of her plates and cutlery so we could have a Chinese, and the takeaway we went to was recommended by her, and can give her 5 stars for that, excellent!!
