Not the VIP experience I was expecting. Looks like cleaner missed Screen 5 after the last film. Got 2 VIP seats on the end of the row however area was filthy. Luckily the other end of the row was clean and available. Would not have been happy if row was full.

We've just got back from watching the Odyssey. The film was great but the experience was awful given that it was close to 30 degrees in there. Sitting through an almost 3 hour film dripping in sweat was extremely uncomfortable and not what we paid for. They had a small portable air conditioning unit next to the screen which was clearly not doing anything and not appropriate for a room of that size. It has been warm this week but it was a late viewing and much cooler outside than it has been. Couldn't wait to get outside. Absolutely will not be going again this summer.

Came recently with some time to kill. Was served by a very friendly and approachable worker named Sam. Didn’t catch his last name I think it started with a J? but he was a very nice fellow. Really helpful in recommending what to watch. Very knowledgeable about the films and helped me have a fabulous time!

Booked to see a movie twice and two separate days. Both times they email me at the last minute saying the booking has been cancelled "for unforseen circumstances". 1) Actually explain why it's been cancelled. 2) If a viewing has been cancelled, don't have it still up on your website right now for people to book. The Cinema is usually great. And I can let being pulled about like this slide usually, but it happening twice for the same bloody film is ridiculous.
