Staff were nice and helpful, BUT The seats were sticky, 2 out of 3 of the recliner seats didn't work. There was leftover food everyhwere on the floor and in the seats. It didn't look like the previous screening just ended either as we were very early. Makes me not want to go back. VUE was much better experience overall

The screen and movie were fine and the place was clean, but Ill bever go back here because of the terrible seating. It felt like it was designed to actively stop you getting comfortable. The seat pad was on a pivot that you have to actively manage yourself, so you have to have your core muscles working all the time just to maintain position. I was exhaisted when I came out after 3 hours

I would highly recommend that Cineworld consider showing Bollywood movies. There is a large Bollywood-loving community in Swindon that is eager to watch new releases, but currently there are no local options available. Screening Bollywood films would not only satisfy existing customers but also attract many new visitors to the cinema.

This cinema is one of best, not because its not best looking but because the merch for example Super Mario is affordable and not expensive unlike other cinema companies but that comes at cost of quality - the screens are really nice, the seats are average and I am looking forward to trying there new seats out. This place has been around for years without any changes like others/Demolished, so is consistently reliable and can recommend.
