Couples and families of up to four will find Apple Blossom Cottage a standalone base for exploring south Devon and beyond. The cottage dates to the 13th century and sits within Twelve Oaks, a peaceful working farm that stretches across 250 acres on the edge of Teigngrace. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with singles—and a shower room occupy the first floor, with living and kitchen space below. The owners can arrange farm visits for children. One dog is welcome.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer mean you can self-cater or pick up supplies from the onsite shop. Heating is oil central heating; wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, there's parking for two cars and a patio area. The cottage shares use of a heated outdoor swimming pool (open late May to September, 8am–8pm) and landscaped grounds with other properties on the site. Note that two fenced lakes lie 500 yards away in the grounds.

The location gives quick access to Dartmoor's moorland and villages to the north, and Devon's beaches and river estuaries to the south. The River Teign borders the farm. No smoking inside the cottage.

Stayed on site in our motorhome. The staff are so friendly and the site is so clean. Heated outdoor pool was a massive bonus. Will be staying again soon x

Don’t be put off by narrow minded people saying stupid things about this place. We started van life 2 years ago and have stayed in so many places. This one is the best we have stayed at so far. Real humans own and run this place and you will always find one of them if you need something. They understand what people want when they go camping. Their shop is great local meats and good cheap prices. Hot food wagon cheap. General atmosphere of the site amazing. They keep on top of everything. I noticed kids blocking the toilet. Staff was sorting it out straight after. Everything was always clean. Staff were constantly mopping the toilets and showers. They even have baby cows. Just a great place and if you go stay here. You won’t regret it.

Came for a last minute break away, only living minutes away we'd never considered it before but it's a lovely site. Great pool, great food on site and well stocked shop. Will definitely return

Very quiet but it's February so out of season. Stayed on a premium pitch so was surprised that WiFi was not inc in the price, we did manage to get a 4g signal though. Toilets very clean, also lovely and warm. There is also a laundry room and provisions sold in the reception area. The pitches are not very level but have lovely views
