Twelve Oaks Holiday Cottages - Twelve Oaks Farmhouse

Twelve Oaks Farmhouse is a substantial property on a working Charolais beef farm near Teigngrace, where 250 acres border the River Teign. The original farmhouse, dating from 1640, has been converted to sleep ten across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have both a double and single bed; one has a double alone; the last has two singles. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch, with a dishwasher and washing machine. There are two living rooms (one with an open fire), a dining room and a conservatory with French doors opening onto the gardens.

A heated outdoor swimming pool is shared with other cottages on site and open from late May through September, 8am to 8pm. The grounds include landscaped gardens with seating and a children's play area. On-site parking fits three cars. The setting is rural and peaceful; the farm itself is working land, so dogs are welcome provided they stay on a lead. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial fuel for the open fire. No smoking is permitted inside.
