The antelope is great it’s spacious. The food is wonderful and the staff is really friendly and attentive. I don’t know why I don’t go there more often. They were very accommodating and made our daughter a kids, fish and chips, which was extremely kind of them and delicious. She loved it. The place gets lively but you can always find a quiet corner to just chill.

Although only 2 cask ales pouring when we were in, a 3rd was coming on, this place is a must visit if you like classic old style pubs. The refurbishment is superb and the staff so friendly to talk to. TNT Sports channels add to the pleasure with the sound on in the room at the back 👍🏻

We came here for Sunday roast, however it was disappointing. I got the chefs roast which had the beef, chicken and pork belly but the chicken and pork were dry and the sides were quite sad. The gravy itself was good though. The staff were also really nice and friendly.

The food was okay as we had the sunday roast. The vegetables on it was not the best but the roast itself is good. Unlimited yorkshire pudding. Beer garden at the back is insane
