Landfall

Landfall is a single-storey property built to modern standards, situated in residential Brixham within easy reach of the harbour and town centre. The accommodation spreads across one level: a living room with television and entertainment, a separate dining room, kitchen with full cooking facilities, utility room, three bedrooms (one double, one king, one with twin singles), and a bathroom with bath and shower. Everything runs on mains heating and utilities, with wi-fi throughout and bed linen and towels provided.

The real draw is outside. A substantial garden with furniture opens directly from the kitchen and dining area, and the location makes the coastal path accessible on foot—Battery Gardens is five minutes away and from there you can walk to Fishcombe Cove, Elberry Cove and Broadsands Beach. The harbour and its restaurants, pubs and shops are downhill; Brixham's position at the heart of Torbay puts Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark and Kents Cavern within reach for a day out. Parking for one car is available at the property. No smoking indoors.
