Libbear Barton – Otter's Den is a barn conversion on a working country estate in Torridge, surrounded by 40 acres of rolling countryside. The building retains character while offering modern comfort across four bedrooms spread over two floors: on the ground floor, a double and a family bathroom; upstairs, another double with ensuite, a zip-and-link room with two single beds, and a bunk room sharing a further bathroom. The whole property is yours alone, with space for eight guests and flexibility to add travel cots or high chairs if needed.

An open-plan ground floor brings kitchen, dining and living areas together, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and all the essentials for self-catering. The sitting area has a wood-burning stove (logs included), a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. Laundry facilities, wifi and parking for two cars are provided. No smoking throughout.

The estate itself is the draw. An 11-metre heated indoor pool operates daily from 9am to 8pm, there's a games room with pool table and table tennis, a gym and sauna, and five acres of woodland within the grounds. Children have a soft play area, mini football pitch and various play equipment. A gas barbecue and garden furniture occupy the enclosed garden. The Torridge coastline – sandy beaches in North Devon and Cornwall – is within reach, as are Dartmoor and family attractions across the region. A lake sits 50 yards from the property.
