Holly Apartment is a first-floor two-bedroom base within Moorhead Country Holidays, a 15-property complex spread across 12 acres of Devon countryside near the coast. The apartment sleeps four: one room has two single beds, the other a double, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dining area and Freeview TV. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered.

The complex itself is the draw for families and groups. On site you'll find a heated indoor swimming pool open year-round, a shared hot tub for four, a gym, games room with pool table and table tennis, and a children's play area. A 1.5-acre fishing lake stocks coarse carp, and there's a nine-hole pitch and putt course (Easter to September). A licensed bar and restaurant operate seasonally in the evenings. The grounds have shared sitting areas with garden furniture. No smoking is permitted in the apartment. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available externally, and you get one allocated parking space.
