The north Devon coast and countryside are within easy reach of Moorhead Country Holidays, where Honeysuckle Apartment occupies a ground-floor position on a 12-acre estate. The complex itself has a private fishing lake, an indoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a gym and a games room with pool table and table tennis. A pitch-and-putt course operates seasonally, and there is a licensed bar in the evenings. The apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms: a king-size bed in one room, two single beds in a second, and two smaller singles in a third. There is one shower room serving all three.

The open-plan living space contains a kitchen equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. The living area has a television. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Laundry facilities are available in an external utility room, though both the washing machine and tumble dryer operate on coins. Heating comes from ground and air source heat pumps. Two parking spaces are allocated to the property, and there is a patio with garden furniture. The complex is non-smoking.

The hot tub and indoor pool are shared with other guests on-site. The pool is available for a half-hour private session in the morning and one hour of shared use in the afternoon, operating from 08:00 to 20:00. The hot tub is suitable for up to four people and is for those aged ten and over. A children's play area is also available on the grounds.
